We are happy to accept table reservations online. The restaurant is open daily between 5.30pm and 10pm. Set menus can be ordered until 7pm.

La Cucina dei Sensi

Experimental but never overdone; exclusive but without the showmanship. Toni Neumann’s much-praised cuisine always surprises and is always of the highest standard – combining the flavours of Asia and southern Europe with a full devotion to the craft.

Philosophy

The kitchen of senses: Toni Neumann and his team create true works of art with ease – featuring extraordinarily well-balanced flavours and textures. The Cucina dei Sensi is distinguished by the pure design and the ability to reveal the unique flavours of the produce with apparent ease – an experience for all the senses. The fact that everything is so sincere and so perfect here has even impressed the restaurant critics from the Michelin Guide and Gault Millau, and has been doing so for decades.

Head chef Toni Neumann

Born in Halle, Toni loves to play with textures and flavours yet always prefers the simple, pure and straightforward nature of the produce. He worked at the VILLINO as a young cook and then later returned to Lake Constance in 2012, following a number of other jobs. With his subtlety and inventiveness, he is able to combine the culinary art of Japan’s coastline with the tangible character of northern Italy. Always to the great pleasure of his guests, not to mention the Gault Millau and the Michelin Guide.
